Using jshint v1.0.0-rc3.

Given the following .jshintrc:

{
    "undef": true,
    "predef": [
        "jQuery"
    ]
}

Running: jshint --config .jshintrc foo.js
Exits with: foo.js: line 1, col 3, 'jQuery' is not defined.
