--version works but -v does not

This seems to have regressed. Present in 0.60.0 for me

Thanks for paying attention and flagging this 😄

Hope there's not too much confusion around this, but this had to be relocated to -V for the more appropriate -v, allocated to --verbose, see https://github.com/jshwi/docsig/releases/tag/v0.46.0
