Enable GitHub pages?

The project description link was going to http://json-ld.github.io/minutes/ which currently doesn't work because GitHub Pages hasn't yet been enabled.

I'm more than happy to click the buttons to make that work, but we've also got them hosted at https://json-ld.org/minutes/ which (given URL authority) is a much more authoritative URL. 😁

I've just changed the description link to point to https://json-ld.org/minutes/ instead...as I've just remembered we'd started this conversation a year+ ago over at json-ld/json-ld.org#467 (which is where we can continue it.

Posting this for records...but then will close it. 😜
