HTML column editor is too short for toolbar;

One of my columns is a Richtext (html) column. When opening the editor in a cell within this Richtext column, the Richtext editor does not fully contain the editor's toolbar. The editor appears to function as desired, but this is aesthetically unpleasing. Is this something that I can correct? Or is there a patch coming for this? Thank you.
