Ace-Jump's first selection is discarded in Visual mode for VsVim #7

PR #6 enabled AceJump to work with VsVim but there is a known issue if you try to use ace-jump in visual mode. After jumping, it first seems that the selection is discarded. But after
moving the cursors once more, the visual selection is enabled again.

This issue is one of the last few things that prevent me from committing to using VSCode.
