A systemd .link file has been included 35abef5
In the case systemd is not present, it's recommended in the Debian package to install MAC randomization software included in Debian https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/dhcpcanon.git/commit/?id=02e9bc78a03e270c1d3ec32d1979c00a78f5f3be.
It's also adviced in the documentation to install MAC randomization software: fc26111#diff-a2e1e3b391e0e24fcd7e517d40d9bba8R17
