  1. cmd/modelcmd: use FakeJujuXDGDataHomeSuite 

    Use FakeJujuXDGDataHomeSuite to initialise the
"XDG" home directory for tests, isolating them
from one another. We were setting a fake home
directory which isn't sufficient for Windows.
