Add a user management system. Should include the following features:

Allow users to login to the website to access resources
Privilege types (Guest, Member, Admin, Superadmin)
Users with higher privileges inherit privileges from all lower types

Privilege Types

Guests: can login
Members: can change their profile picture, display names, class, ...
Admins: change status flags of members (active player, former player, seasons)
Superadmin: assign admins
