I can't see one in the JUMFlot source. Do you mean the flot source? I thought plugins needed their own license. Based on this stackoverflow answer I thought that all repos needed their own license or it defaulted to All Rights Reserved.

Ah I assumed that it would be a separate file at the top domain level, so I didn't check in the actual files. I found it at the top of the jquery.flot.gantt.js file, like you said. Sorry for wasting your time! And thanks for looking into it for me :)
