Could I get any insight on how to convert the signal level byte to a double?

@KarsonKimbrel, I was never able to find the exact definition for this field. However i believe it is just the binary representation of an integer (maybe in -dBm), which is only a reference value. Long time ago, I looked into this, but I could not confirm the accuracy of this value.
