The original commit in this PR 1e28fad was a downgrade, I was about to comment but the PR was then updated with the second commit. Does anyone know what's caused the first commit?

Henchbot has "always" been a bit weird in that it makes a first commit which is wrong and then corrects itself. I don't think anyone has yet managed to track down why exactly it happens :-/
