Any way for custom web pack configs from extensions

I have some WASM code that requires me to copy folders around, i'd like to run some commands like this after the lab build.

I think the right way to handle this is to add config for extensions that allows static files to be shipped and served from lab/static/<package-name>/.

That would be great - will that allow us to access them from JS? I have been wondering if there was a way for us to ship a set of markdown or ipynb files with lab that users can open in read-only mode.

Yes, you'd be able to dynamically get them using the fetch API.
