DMR2P25 Setup

I am having trouble setting this system up,
I tried many combinations of the following
I need to connect to a private P25 DV Mega System over the Internet
DMR_Hosts,txt
Alt: DMR2P25 32000 127.0.0.4 none 62037
DMR2P25 32000 ?.?.?.? none 41000

P25Hosts.txt
32000 ?.?.?.? 41000
Ip address removed for security

/etc/dmr2p25

Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong
