System brew installs all apps even if not desired

The system brew script will always try to install every app/tool that's listed which isn't always desired. For instance, apps such as Steam and Think or Swim may not be wanted on a work device. We should update the script to take a parameter to omit some personal-use-only installs.

Perhaps the parameters can also specify which step(s) to run. Such as when you want to retry installing configs, etc.
