Transient governance

Circcash has been recently launched and the ideas behind Circcash are rapidly developing. We would eventually like to start a Circcash foundation that will give Circcash a more formal system of governance. While we do not have such a system of governance set up, Circcash core development would still like the community's input in all of Circcash's major decisions. However, the Circcash development does not want to value the opinion of the loudest or most vocal participants over everyone else, nor does the Circcash development want to value the opinion of any entity who is not very interested in the development of Circcash. Therefore, for the time being, only the opinions and views of the Circcash sponsors and Circcash holders shall be taken into consideration when making decisions affecting Circcash. Furthermore, the weight of one's opinion and views will be in proportional to one's sponsorship together with how much Circcash one holds. This informal system of governance will continue at least until Circcash obtains enough funds through sponsorships to pay for more than one developer, and it will end no later than when the Circcash Foundation is officially established.

If you care about Circcash and you want your voice about Circcash to be valued, then you will need to sponsor Circcash or hold Circcash. If you are a holder of Circcash and you want your voice to be valued, then you will need to use your Circcash wallet to digitally sign the statements that you make.
