[BUG] script 类型 poc 运行时永远显示 running #18

显示的一直是 running，实际任务已经结束了，扫描调用的是 poc-go-memcached-unauth

找到原因了，应该是本地没有开 Memcache 的 11211 端口，运行 Poc 建立 TCP 连接失败后，将 connection refused 和 timeout 当作 error 抛出。导致没有 DownTask 没有执行，所以一直 running
