Require required registration params

Even though register params like first/last name are required, we allow the user to close the dialog. I propose we firstly remove the closeability of the dialog after register when the params are required. Secondly, if it's possible to check the capture questions when a user logs in, we could re-show the modal until they fill in the required params.
