Move everything into src/ perhaps?

Found it, it needs to be:

fpc src/gharena.pas -FEbin  -FUobj

Could also add -Fuxterm-boxdrawing and change the makefile to patch crt.pp there as a mild improvement.

This will also be useful for out-of-tree builds, though for that we also need to decide how it's supposed to be ./configured. Maybe toc2?
