Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really just an idea.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to blacklist certain characters/words when decancering a user. If a blacklisted character/word is found in the user's name, they will be given the server's fallback name.

I like it.
Counterintuitive to decancer a name of zalgo and it end up a slur in clean text

Will update once a working variant with feature is pushed
