extension doesnt run at all

Hello just as the title says the extension wont run at all. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but i don't see any button that would indicate to start the scan, i send a request to the extension and nothing will happen. like i said maybe I'm doing something wrong but i cant seem to figure out what the issue is. i can even see the request i sent to the URL as well. but nothing that actually runs it.
