[RFE] volfile provider for mount should be able to provide client volfiles based on network ask

This feature is a request to separate out client volfiles based on the network (or some type of mount key) so depending on client's ask, volfile server would provide a different client file from that of default.

this feature can solve the issue of gluster servers having a mount with different internal network, where as clients can connect with different network.
