I found that the version of markdown-to-react-components wasn't specified properly in package.json, so I updated it to the latest version.

You're welcome! Btw, can you publish this fix to npm as well? This issue will make npm shrinkwrap --dev throw an error, as npm will mark markdown-to-react-components as an extraneous dependency.
