Look at environment variable GPTCLI_HOME or GPTCLI_SETTINGS for the appSettings.json location. Maybe GPTCLI_APIKEY for just the key, or GPTCLI_<OPTION> for everything.

Basically, you have to have appSettings.json in your current directory or you need to specify the api key for every command. I want to be able to use gpt-cli anywhere without specifying apikey on the command line
