UNDO is not working - does it need to be run manually?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.--//@UNDO 
2.adding undo does not seem to work when it I the db deploy script against my 
oraacle database - is this supported?? It leaves the database in a redundant 
state

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
while running set of SQLs if the one of the fails, the UNDO script should be 
run automatically when I run from Ant script.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0M3 - all
