Integrate into operating systems apps list

Hey,
this is quite trivial. Could you please provide an installer for mqtt-spy?

I very much like your software but without a start menu entry it's always a nuisance to find and open it. Yes I could create a shortcut, yes I could copy it to the desktop, yes I could stop being a lazy fumble. In times of smartphones we humans expect software to "just work" and packaging a jar is done in a few seconds (random example).
I'm constantly recommending mqtt-spy in forums etc. and users often use mqtt-fx because of this simple hurdle.

Thanks for feedback @ThomDietrich. I will reconsider it. The main issue is that this needs very regular maintenance, effectively every time a new version of JVM is release due to potential security issues. Any thoughts on this?

BTW - best to use the new repo at https://github.com/eclipse/paho.mqtt-spy
