autoweave: module doesn't work on IBM JRE #354

We use the IBM Liberty runtime with the IBM JRE and tried to use kamon-autoweave but it failed with the error:

Kamon-autoweave failed to load. Reason: kamon.autoweave.loader.AgentLoader$$anon$1: Error trying to use Attach API.

@cheekychops we just added support for IBM attach api.
