根据 Carthage 的文档(https://github.com/Carthage/Carthage#for-both-platforms), Cartfile.resolved 应该提交到仓库, 以保证其他人 build 相同的 framework versions

Carthage 支持主要是面向社区的，我们内部没有使用 Carthage 接入 YTKNetwork，所以这部分关注的比较少，这个问题确实是存在的。
