I'm trying to use this python package on ARM64 and got issue importing my libpcap.so library.
In linux the find_library() return a relative path. See: https://docs.python.org/3/library/ctypes.html#finding-shared-libraries
So this check is wrong :
libpcap/src/libpcap/_platform/_linux/__init__.py
