New Field in DB and Entry Mask: Source

Problem

We have many imported entries and we will have many more, but it is not possible to give appropriate credits to the source of an entries (Version)

Solution

Add the field source to every entry-Version in the ofDB. In general the source should contain a URL to the original entry, but it can be just a name of an organisation too. So no field validation. Just Text.

• In the frontend, the field "source" should be an optional field next to the licence-checkbox while editing
  

• in the frontend, each entry should have in the fouter a source-button, which opens a popup showing the list of all sources connected to the entry. (of all versions of the entry)
