Python error

Hello. When I run the analysis files, I am getting an error related to Python? Not sure why it is. Please help :)

Do keras and tensorflow work properly otherwise?

thanks for getting back so quick! I have not used either of the packages before, so I don't know if they do or do not. But they are installed and I don't get any errors when I add them to my library.
