Add new functionality, to
Proposal to add new functionality, which is present in Wordpad for Windows10.

• font formatting: subscripts and superscripts;
• insertion of embedded images from mspaint;
• insertion of embedded objects from other applications.
  Perhaps I overlooked something.

This would make the ROS Wordpad a full replacement of that of Win10 while preserving
the good Win9x/Win XP GUI.
