If this is going to be a community driven thing, getting this stuff laid out is going to be hugely important.

Something that might be worth adding: Contributions should be accompanied by radars.

If the purpose of this library really is to just fill in the cracks missed by Apple, then the eventual goal should be to not have any such cracks.
