I would like to see, once Issue 13 becomes a reality, an option that if a site
has only HTTP then we can send them an email (webmaster@site, admin@site) from
our email address (place to insert smtp settings or something) with an
automated (changeable) message, such as "I am a regular visitor of your site
but would like to request a HTTPS version of the site thanks".

I'm kinda curious to the idea, but how will we know the e-mail address to
contact? Just going with webmaster@domain or admin@domain would probably give a
lot more misses than hits.

Most sites use admin, webmaster, or feedback@domain as there emails to report.
If not then no harm they don't want to be contacted. Also, this would be an
option, meaning if you did not want to send the email you would not have to.

I know that it used to be the assumption back in the early internet days, but
I'm not so sure it's really the case. I guess we could make the field editable,
so the choice is up to the user in the end.

I'm inclined to think that it wouldn't be used much (and be less useful with
the aforementioned e-mail guessing issue) and therefore be more in the way than
to any benefit.

Feedback is welcome.
