Describe the bug

This is a regression introduced in #2511. The audit logs don't contain kcp audit log entries any more. Probably this regressed during the workspace refactoring.

Steps To Reproduce

  • Execute any RBAC-related requests.
  • Inspect the kcp audit logs
  • They don't contain any authorization.kcp.io entries

Expected Behaviour

  • The audit logs do contain authorization.kcp.io entries
