I don't know if a feature like that is doable. It would be great if you could use keepassXC-browser with the database that is open on an android device connected by USB.

No its not, just use keepassxc on the computer with the browser.

If you configure the android phone as a storage device, KPXC should be able to open the file the same as from a USB stick.
