Window appears at front when receiving messages if conversation has a tab

If there are no active conversations there isn't an issue - when I receive the messages I get notifications as normal. However, if I open a tab for the conversation then receiving a message causes the window to appear at the front, interrupting anything else I am doing. This doesn't happen in regular Skype with the conversation windows.

I'm using Mint 14 with Cinnamon and Muffin as its window manager. Thanks for Skypetab, apart from this it is great!
