gnvm.exe与node.exe同在D:\Program Files\nodejs中

Error: copy D:\Program Files\nodejs\10.9.0 to D:\Program Files\nodejs\ folder Error: open D:\Program Files\nodejs\node.exe: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process..

重启电脑后可成功切换，进程被占用了
