Won't pick colors

The eyedropper is only picking shades of gray, black and white. It won't register any colors.

Thanks for reporting. Can you please give me as much information as you can about your chrome and operating system?

Are you talking about web picking or picking from color picker? If web picking, is this same on more pages? Did you try to restart chrome if problem remains?

I can't pick colors at all on any page in the latest standard Chrome on the latest Mac OS.
