Hello,
I've tried your application with my equipment. The app doesn't find the camera. 
Wi-fi in on and my smartphone in connected to the wi-fi adapter. It could be a 
problem of lollipop 5.1 update, it doesn't connect to wi-fi network without 
internet connection.
