[GNU/Linux - IceWM] Dock-icon contextual menu spawns at wrong position

The window that gets spawned on clicking on the dock icon stays in the top-right corner of the screen (while the taskbar lies at the bottom); moving the mouse out of the dock icon hides it, rendering it unusable.
