It used to be possible to click the taskbar icon to open the keybase app on Linux (I think maybe clicking opened a context menu, from which I chose "show keybase"?). Now, clicking the icon does nothing perceptible. The icon now has what looks like a hover tooltip that says "show keybase" but it can't be clicked on (it disappears as soon as the cursor rolls off the keybase tray icon). To get the app window to appear, I have to open a terminal and do run_keybase to restart the app.

#23073 was related to the launcher icon, not the taskbar icon. (Keybase did not launch at all in my case).
Regarding the taskbar icon (the one on top of my screen in my case), clicking on it once does not work, but I noticed that double-clicking works for me. How is that for you?
