为什么现在不推荐【随机测试】后再进行【标准测试】和【代理测试】？

看首页的说明写的，好奇问一下原因，

还有一个问题，就是说到电信和网通执行政策比较严，

会重置ip，请问这个"重置ip"是什么原理？

有没有高手给普及一下知识？谢谢哈

重置IP就是这个IP突然连不上了，换成旧版Chrome会显示“连接�
��重置”，新版显示“无法连接到服务器”。
