I am not able to add og:image tag for facebook share functionality.

I have checked the https://blog.kissmetrics.com/open-graph-meta-tags/ url but it will suggest we are not able to add og:image into cms application. Is it right?
So please suggest how can I able to add og:image dynamically into this CMS application.
