How can I compile and install this on a Zabbix Agent 2 on Windows?

Hello. I read multiple documentations and all of them have guides and how-tos on installing and compiling plugins on Zabbix Agent 2 but on Linux only - On Windows, there is only a binary MSI package and I can't find a way to insert the plugins into those packages, before installing...

Is there any Wiki or a Doc that tell us how to do this on Windows?
