Does it use the same Apache license as Lager itself? If so it would be great to have a copy of the license file in the repository.

It is ALv2. However I don't have spare cycles this week to add licensing info. I probably should do it long time ago, but I didn't.

Isn't this fixed? I see a LICENSE file and an annotation on the GitHub repository. Should someone close this?
