Add descriptions

This is a great package debloat list.

It would be even more awesome to add some # comments above entries that aren't that obvious, like com.blurb.checkout or com.samsung.hs20provider. People can still do their own research if they want, but it's a waste of time for everyone to figure out again and again the same package.
