Index.html for Composite Updatesite

The composite update site https://kieler.github.io/KLighD/ currently has no index.html page (as the other update sites) and github.io reports a 404.

Could you please add a page for that update site such that users get feedback whether this page is available and working.

This should be fixed, as the gh-pages deployment branch now contains an index.html on the root path, the deployment however did not seem to pick this up immediately and https://kieler.github.io/KLighD or https://kieler.github.io/KLighD/index.html still show a 404. Will have to investigate this further if it does not fix itself giving it some time.
