CtrlPBuffer doesn't show all buflisted buffers #463

I prefer to have my help buffers show up in my buffer list, so I have buflisted set on them. CtrlPBuffer doesn't show these buffers, though. The culprit seems to be the logic in ctrlp#buffers. (I'd submit a patch if I trusted my Vim-script.)

This is intentional. Unlisted buffers and buffers with non-empty buftype (help, quickfix, etc) aren't included in the listing to reduce cluster. Not sure if I want to change that.
