Content-type (lower case t) does not work with all Web servers #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any POST request

I haven't tested any other Web servers, but PHP 5.4's built-in Web server 
running WordPress doesn't accept a "Content-type" header in POST requests. I 
changed it to "Content-Type" and it works.
