Test against / support alternative datetime libraries #4

Add tests to cover alternative datetime libraries, as they tend to be quite useful and thus used quite a bit.

By covering these everything should be more or less covered.

I'm using arrow in opsdroid and it works well with pycron.

I agree that unit tests and explicit support would be good.
